Pricing questions
- Can I run a draw without subscribing?
- Yes. Buy a single draw or a pack of five. Neither is a subscription.
- How do I pay?
- Choose your plan online and pay securely through Stripe. Subscription billing can then be managed from your account.
- What counts as a draw?
- A draw counts when WinnerSelect completes a real winner selection and creates the draw record. Drafts and failed draws do not count.
- How long do draw-pack credits last?
- 12 months from purchase.
- Can several people use one account?
- Professional includes one user. Business includes up to five users in the same organisation. For more than five users or multiple organisations, contact us about Enterprise.
- Does Business include API access?
- Not yet. API and integration access is planned for Business accounts and will be included when available.
- Can I cancel a subscription?
- Yes. You can cancel from Manage billing at anytime. The subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
